What is private pay?Private pay is home health care provided by our agency which is paid either out of pocket or through private health insurance. There is no supplement from a government program.

How much is it per hour for private pay services?Please call 667-320-9142 for private pay services hourly pay.

Do I pay anything up front for private pay?Yes. There is escrow at the time of signing the private pay healthcare agreement. It’s a 2 week escrow required before start of services.

Do Stellar home care nurses/nurse assistants work on holidays?Yes, they work on holidays. Recognized holidays are New Year’s Day, Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas and Juneteenth.

Can I choose my own aide?We meticulously match you with the most appropriate caregiver for your needs and level of care and if at any time, you feel your assigned aide isn’t a good fit, you can request a change by contacting Stellar Home Care Agency Main Office at 667-320-9142

Do we accept insurance?Yes, we accept Medicaid and privately purchased healthcare insurance coverages. Stellar Home Care Agency accepts private pay insurance coverage as long as they meet eligibility requirements.

What is the cancellation policy for a private pay health agreement?We simply need a 30 day notice before cancellation.
